Cancellation and Refund Policy for Skill Growth Academy

SKILL GROWTH ACADEMY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

SKILL GROWTH ACADEMY does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Refunds approved by the SKILL GROWTH ACADEMY, it’ll take for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Cancellations Before Course Start
Students can cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will incur a 20% administrative fee.
Cancellations After Course Start:
No refunds will be provided once the course has commenced.
Students may transfer their enrollment to a future course of equal or lesser value within 3 months of the original course start date.
Course Changes and Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses if necessary. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.
Eligibility for Refunds
Full refunds will be provided if the course is canceled by us.
Refund requests for cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will be processed with in 14 business days.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date or after the course has commenced.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during registration.
Medical Emergencies
In case of medical emergencies, students may request a course transfer or refund by providing a valid medical certificate. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
If technical issues on our end prevent students from accessing the course, a full refund or course transfer will be offered.
